Leveraging our people-centric design and Agile methodologies, we embarked on a series of deep dives, co-creation workshops, and 1-2-1 interviews, developing visual representations of each user communities' change challenges and system requirements.
The
Results:
We pulled hundreds of user research findings into a comprehensive insight report detailing the moments that mattered most, presenting CUP&A with a detailed over of specific areas to improve across the Workday experience
Our strategic guidance, tools and resources helped align internal teams around key system challenges and inform numerous People and culture, Change Management, and technical interventions designed to increase employee satisfaction and drive platform adoption.
